New Private Residence to be built on the eastern sea facing side of the Msasani Peninsula just to the north of Sea Cliff Hotel. Designed as a modern flat-roofed house, with deeply projecting overhangs to shade the substantial double height glazed screens from the sun and the elements. Although a large site, its sea facing boundary is relatively narrow which has lead to a masterplan involving a series of internal private landscaped courtyards. Other modern elements to the residence include double height living spaces, floating stairs and glazed roof lights to allow natural light to filter down to internal spaces.
