New Serviced Apartment Complex

This is a concept design for a proposed new serviced apartment facility incorporating a total of 120 apartment units in a mixture of standard studios, large studios, 1-bedroom units, 2 & 3 bedroom units.

The facility was to include a large-scale serviced office complex which would complement the apartment units.

Also included a selection of restaurants and bars as well as a rooftop bar with open pool.
