This self-catering hotel project included a total of 48 serviced apartment units in a mixture of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. On site facilities include a pool, restaurant, business centre and small conference room. The project is designed around a landscaped square which houses the pool and restaurant. All apartments are designed to be inward facing with kitchens and bathrooms generally located on the exterior facades to shield the living areas from the noise of the busy adjacent streets. The key challenge of this project was to design the apartment layouts as economically as possible while still maintaining a comfortable residential ambience.
